Refund policy

Returns -  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• proof of purchase is required
• customers must contact us before sending any item back
  

Damaged or incorrect items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once the return item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non - returnable items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned.
